Are you still shipping in these difficult times?

Trendy World is still operating normally, and that will not change. We're still doing our very best to get your orders to you as fast as we possibly can.

With COVID-19, we are following local health mandates and taking additional precautions to help ensure the safety of our customers and employees, including reduced staffing and extra cleaning of our warehouses. This may increase the time it takes to process and ship your order.

Shipping times may be slightly longer, but we will do our best to keep everything as smooth and prompt as possible!

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We provide worldwide shipping, and we're able to ship our products to most of the countries around the world!

How long will my order take to arrive?

*Due to the current global pandemic, there is a delay on many products that are being shipped internationally from all across the world. The delays are happening because logistics companies have a fewer amount of stuff, and borders are being extra cautious at this current moment of time.

Once the order is processed (takes around 1-3 business days), if you live in North America, United Kingdom or Australia, you might expect your order to arrive in 5-8 business days. If you reside anywhere else, depends where you live; you'll receive the order between 7-15 business days.

Please note that there can be delays beyond our control, such as customs, postal service delays, and holiday delays.

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Items are missing from my order; Where are they?

Because of inventory management and/or product availability, if you've ordered two or more items, we may ship your product/s separately from different warehouses, and at times, even different countries. If you've received only part of your order, please do not worry; It's likely that you'll soon receive a second or perhaps even a third package containing the rest of your order.

Can I track my order?

Once your item is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please note that for some shipping companies it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Changes, Return, and Refund

I changed my mind about my article; what can I do?

If you have changed your mind about your order, send us an email indicating the item to be changed, and we'll do the necessary. Please note that any order changed must be made within 2 hours of the initial purchase. You won't be charged by any additional fees.

Can I change my item after receiving the confirmation email?

Sadly, no. All items that have been confirmed by email, are final and cannot be changed; you will need to make a product return.

I have entered an incorrect address; what do I do now?

Once you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, and you double-checked if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at service@trendyworld.store. If the given address is wrong, we can only change the address if the order is not yet fulfilled. No refund will be given after the package is sent out.

What if my product is defective?

In the case of a defective product, you have the possibility to receive the same product or simply to be refunded after the return of the defective one.

I don't like my article; can I return it? 

Returns are accepted only if they don't exceed 30 days from the receipt of the package. However, to guarantee you a refund, all returned products must be in perfect condition (in the original packaging, unused and in resealable condition). The return costs are at your expense. Proof of postage must then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.

**Promotional items are not eligible for returns.

What is your refund policy?

All items purchased may be refunded, subject to management's discretion and approval, subject to the following conditions:

Return requests are accepted within 30 days of order reception.

All items must be returned in their original condition, delivered with all parts and labels.

Cancellation of an order can be made only before it shipped.

Return costs would be at the expense of the buyer unless the product received defective.

Management reserves the right to refuse any return and/or refund, and each case is subject to the sole decision of the company.

The company will not be responsible for any errors in the shipping addresses provided by the customer. It will be subject to the return of the product before receiving a refund. Any change of address is subject to the prior approval of management, and shipped/completed orders are no longer modifiable.

How do I return an item?

If you aren't happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.


Will I be charged with customs taxes on my purchase?

Import duties and taxes for international shipments depend on the country that you live in.

Payments of these charges and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us.

Do I get a receipt with my order?

You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
